I am escaping Southern California and beginning a new job in DC. I will need a room, furnished or not, and a parking space. I will be commuting to work via the Metro Red Line to the Judiciary Square Station. I am a 43-year-old single GWM, outside smoker, quiet, reclusive. (I sleep a lot due to chronic back pain - and am hoping to be able to obtain medical treatment now that I will have my fabulous government benefits back).
